A full programme from 10:00 – 21:00, including:

• Health Consultations
  Discover both traditional and alternative therapies with local practitioners offering one-on-one consults and mini treatments.

• Sound Bath on the Water
  Unwind with a magical sound experience featuring Tibetan singing bowls on the pond. Deep relaxation guaranteed. Book your ‘bath’ now! In one of the pools, looking over the Atlantic ocean, Christianne Wolff, will do a live sound bath session. This unique sessions combine the soothing vibrations of over 50 instruments along with Christianne’s calming voice to guide you on a healing journey. Onle a few spots available!   Explore a wide range of health-related stands — from handmade crafts and natural skincare to supplements, essential oils, and more.

• Free Workshops
  Move and grow with our open sessions in yoga, salsa, and Human Garage movement therapy — all free to join.

• Inspiring Talks
  Hear from wellness experts and personal development coaches in our talk area. Subjects include self-care, mindset, healing and conscious living. One of the speakers is Dr. Marcoux.   Treat yourself to a calming massage from experienced therapists in a beautiful outdoor setting.

• Spiritual DJ Set (15:00 – 21:00)
  Stay for the soulful beats by Edit Algarve, creating a chilled, uplifting vibe throughout the afternoon and into the evening.

• Plenty of kids entertainment with 3 swimming pools, play area with bouncy castle.
