- Activate & Detoxify: Wake-up and warm-up your body. Simple movements to mobilize your joints, get fresh blood into the muscles and deepen your breath to increase the life-force energy in your body. It includes shaking and body tapping to clear tension and refresh your energy.
- Nourish & Strengthen: Cultivate vitality and resilience through mindful practices that support your mental clarity and inner peace.
- Flow & Energize: Experience fluid sequences that release blocked energy and enhance flexibility and the flow of life force energy through your body.
- Relax & Integrate: Conclude with a harp sound healing to rest and absorb the benefits of the practice.
No prior experience is necessary—this workshop is designed for all ages and body types. Come as you are and leave feeling rejuvenated and centered.
About:
Danielle Riegel is a classically trained harpist and seasoned wellness practitioner based in Portugal. Formerly the solo harpist with the Symphony Orchestra of The Hague for 15 years, she now merges her musical artistry with holistic practices to guide others toward balance and self-discovery.
With over two decades of experience, Danielle is certified in Anusara, Hatha, and Dru Yoga, and has trained in Qigong Flow under Marisa Cranfill, lineage of Master Mantak Chia. She is also certified in Thai Yoga Massage, Reiki, Tibetan Singing Bowl Therapy, and is a Spirit & Soul Coach. Additionally, Danielle developed Conscious Tango, a mindful dance method, and led a tango school in Amsterdam for many years.
In 2020, Danielle moved to Portugal, where she offers meditative harp concerts, massage & sound healing sessions, Qigong Flow Yoga classes and personalized coaching. Her mission is to help individuals reconnect with their body, heart, and soul to awaken their inner harmony and intuitive wisdom.
