Yoga for Menopause with Henrica

Join Henrica for a relaxing session of yoga focused on self-care during the phases of menopause. Every woman experiences the phases of menopause differently, some more than others. Yet a common thread is the challenge of navigating the experiences and of acceptance. This short introductory session includes affirmations, asanas, breath work, and meditation, with the intention of creating awareness of how a yoga practice can be used for self-care during the phases of menopause.

Henrica is a RYT200 certified teacher who received her training in Dallas, Texas and also has many years of training in the corporate world. She speaks 5 languages and teaches yoga in English, Portuguese and Dutch, at times using all 3 languages at the same time in class if needed. Her personal experience of menopause was the challenge of a stressful corporate job in the US (at the time) and dealing with unusual anxiety and insomnia. It was then that Henrica discovered yoga…and since then has been committed to sharing its benefits.
