Sarah, founder of Harmony Quest Healing, has been living in Sagres with her family for over ten years. Since introducing the Harmonic Egg® in July 2025, she has been dedicated to helping others reconnect with balance and well-being through this unique method. Her approach is warm, personal, and grounded in a genuine passion for holistic healing.

What to Expect During a Session

Each session is designed to be both relaxing and restorative:

• You begin by setting a personal intention
• Spend 40 minutes inside the Harmonic Egg®, surrounded by sound and light
• Followed by 10 minutes of quiet integration
• After your session, you’ll receive a refreshing electrolyte drink

The integration process continues over the next 5 to 7 days, as your body and mind absorb the effects of the experience.
