We are Melody & Ruud and including our masterplan of our (online) ‘Academy’ and our physical self sustainable resort that we are realizing in the South of Alentejo, we offer a rich scale of activities, wellbeing supporting physical items and products you can utilize in your daily experience, therapy, coaching and consultancy, energetic healing and whatever name you want to give it all.

The essence of what we do is supporting you in returning to and aligning with your own core, so you can be you and live authentically, in a healthy, conscious and sustainable way. Finding yourself/ knowing yourself and living from there contributes in overall wellbeing, happiness and fulfilment.
